6x19 class Bright & Galv FC


6x19 Class Sealed FC Galvanized –
Rope Information: 6x19 (Seale), Right Regular Lay, Extra Improved Plow Steel, Drawn Galvanized, Poly Core, C-Lube. US FEDERAL SPECIFICATION RR-W-410D 
  • More corrosion resistant than Bright

  • Less corrosion resistant than Stainless Steel

  • Drawn galvanized

  • Hot dipped wires add additional zinc for greater protection

  • Drawn Galvanized wires have a higher breaking load, equal to that of bright

  • Commonly used in the irrigation industry and boat dock applications
 
6x19 Class Bright – 
Ropes having 15 through 26 Wires per Strand
Breaking Strengths shown reflect actual test with both ends secured. 
During use these strengths will be reduced if both ends are not secured. 
E.I.P.S. (Extra Improved Plow Steel) breaking strength approximately 15% over I.P.S. (Improved Plow Steel) 
  • Lasts the longest when used in climate controlled environment

  • Commonly used for winch, hoist, and crane applications
 
6x24 Class FC Galvanized EIPS – 
Rope Information: 6x24 (Fiber Core), Right Regular Lay, Extra Improved Plow Steel, Drawn Galvanized, Fiber Core, C-Lube

  • Less Corrosion resistant than Stainless Steel

  • Drawn galvanized

  • Drawn Galvanized wires have a higher breaking load, equal to that of bright
