Return Policy

Custom Assemblies:

• Once a print, sample or quote has been approved by the customer and a purchase order has been issued, the custom assembly or custom order may not be cancelled or returned.

Non Custom Items:

• Bulk cable, hardware and fittings may be returned within 30 days after receipt. All returns must be approved by Lexco.
•  A 20% re-stocking charge may be assessed. If a cable has been re-spooled into custom lenghts then it is no longer considered "bulk" and may not be returned.

Overship/Overruns:

• Lexco reserves the right to overship up to 10% for custom assemblies unless otherwise specified in the Quote or Purchase Order.
