We offer pull-testing capabilities for proof-loading and can load up to 180,000 pounds in-house to meet specific military specifications, such as MIL-DTL-5688, and destructive pull-testing requirements.
We ship orders directly to job sites, businesses, or individuals and also offer just in time services for our customers, including Kanban releases. We are also EDI capable to allow for convenient release scheduling.
We can re-reel wire rope into coils as well as on to numerous types of master reel materials including, plastic reels, metal reels, fiberboard reels, and wood reels.
We offer detailed labeling, engraving, and laser etching services for the inclusion of information such as part designation, strength, manufacturing date, and more, directly onto your assembly and can meet MIL-STD-130 identification requirements.
Our in-house painting services are always available for spraying products with MIL-PRF-16173 Class II Grade I corrosion prevention compound as well as a variety of colors for aesthetic or assembly verification purposes.
